Healthcare professionals are responsible for the accuracy of their credentials, qualifications, and medical council registrations. Healthcare organizations are responsible for the legality and accuracy of their job listings and workplace environments.

3. Platform Role

ShiftSync acts as a facilitator for medical staffing. We do not employ healthcare professionals directly and are not responsible for the clinical decisions or conduct of platform users.

4. Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

5. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms or engage in behavior that harms the platform or its users.

6. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Your continued use of the platform after such changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
