ShiftSync was born out of a simple observation: India's doctors have no real digital footprint when it comes to finding locum and regular job opportunities — and that leaves both doctors and hospitals underserved.
We built ShiftSync to change that: a platform that makes finding and filling medical jobs as straightforward as it should be.

We both completed our MBBS at the All India Institute of Medical Sciences (AIIMS), giving us a first-hand understanding of the Indian medical education system, the career pressures junior and senior doctors face, and the everyday friction of finding good locum and full-time work.
After graduation, we went on to work within the Indian healthcare system — where we saw up close how scattered and unstructured medical staffing really is. Vacancies are filled through informal networks, there's no reliable way to match doctors to open positions, and hospitals and clinics are left to patch gaps however they can. It's where the need for a proper, organized system first became clear to us.
We've also trained clinically within the NHS in the UK, giving us direct exposure to how a large, structured healthcare system approaches staffing, scheduling, and workforce management at scale.
